Assembling a Computer requires certain knowledge and skill! If you do not have sufficient experience and knowledge of assembly, you can contact us. For buyers from Ukraine, We provide Free assembly services in our enclosures. We can also help with the selection of the optimal components for your tasks.

  1. Preparation. Unscrew the screws from the top, bottom and rear of the case using the hex screwdriver or key provided with the case. Make sure your components comply with the SX1 6.8L enclosure specification. If in doubt, you can contact us for help.

  2. Installing a motherboard. Read the instructions for your motherboard. Install everything you need on it (Processor, CPU Cooler, RAM, NVMe drive, if used. Follow the instructions of the component manufacturer). Install the plug in the case, if it is not mounted on the motherboard, before mounting the MB. Screw the MB to the case using the screws (which provided) and magnetic screwdriver like Philips. Connect the PCIe riser cable to the MB if you plan to install a video card.

  3. Install a 2.5" drive. Skip this step if you do not plan to use a 2.5" drive. Screw the rubber racks (which provided) to your drive. Connect the interface to the drive. Now you can install the drive in the case. Also, instead of a 2.5" drive, a 92x92x25mm fan can be installed in the chassis. We recommend installing the grill grate on the fan from above to prevent wires from entering the fan.

  4. Install Power Supply. If your PSU has a modular cable connection, connect only those that are necessary. Before installing the PSU in the case, you can connect the power cables to the MP. There are two ways to install a PSU. Method 1. Dismantle the power button, insert the PSU into the case, screw it to the basket with screws using a magnetic screwdriver. Reinstall the power button. Connect the power cable to the C14 connector on the PSU. Method 2. Unscrew the screws securing the PSU mount, screw this mount to the PSU. Connect the power cable to the C14 connector on the PSU, then insert the PSU with fasteners into the case and screw it into place.

  5. Installing a Video Card. Skip this step if you do not plan to use the Video Card. Slide the latch on the PCIe riser cable to the side until it stops. Connect additional power to the video card, if it is provided by the manufacturer of the video card (see the installation guide for your video card in the video card package) before installing it. You can connect power after installing the video card. Insert the video card into the case, insert the cable fully into the PCIe x16 riser slot. Slide the latch on the loop back. Screw the video card using a magnetic screwdriver.

  6. Final Assembly. Carefully lay all cables using nylon ties (which provided). Check if all cables are connected, including the power button cable and the USB port on the front. If your PSU has a power button, set it to the "on" position. Install the front panel with the screws. In any order, install the rest of the covers also by screwing them.
